Returns and Credits/Refunds
Individual tastes are subjective and will vary from person to person. Stevita Naturals cannot provide refunds based on individual tastes and preferences. If you are trying one of our products for the first time we encourage you to purchase a smaller amount initially before committing to a larger size/bigger order. Returns and credits are offered for damaged or defective items only.
Returns and credits cannot be processed without prior authorization. All returns must be pre-authorized by the Customer Service department between the hours of 9:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m. CST Monday-Friday.
Returned items must be in original packaging and original condition to be resold as they will be placed back in our stock. Please return item(s) within three weeks of your purchase date. Used or opened merchandise can and should also be returned for inspection by our quality control department.
Most returned items, and all refused returns, will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
Damages and Discrepancies
All discrepancies and/or damages must be reported to Stevita Naturals within five days of receipt of merchandise. Please contact Stevita Naturals Customer Service, between the hours of 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. CST Monday-Friday, to initiate the claims process and to receive a credit or replacement of merchandise. We kindly ask that you do not discard damaged product and packaging until advised to do so by one of our representatives as we may want our quality control department to check the product, depending on the claim.
While we guarantee our products to arrive undamaged and properly packaged, we cannot guarantee that customers will always enjoy the flavor, smell, or function of a product. Many of our products are offered in a few sizes and we maintain a no-minimum order policy. This is, in part, so the customers can test and experience our products in a smaller quantity prior to deciding on a larger size/quantity. We cannot give refunds or exchanges on opened bottles, so we strongly advise customers to order our smaller sizes until they have experienced a product and are happy with the results. Stevita Naturals makes no warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, as to the fitness for a particular purpose, suitability, or usage of its products.
Stevita Naturals disclaims liability for any and all consequential damages arising out of and related to the use of its products. The user assumes all risks associated with the use of Stevita Naturals products, whether used singly or in combination with other substances, and the user’s sole remedy shall be limited to a full refund of purchase price of product or replacement if it fails to conform to the specifications set forth as labeled.
Backorders and Out-of-Stock
If we are “out of stock” on any item(s) on your order, the order will be held if we feel the “out-of-stock” item can be produced or obtained within two to three days. Please allow time for us to completely fill your order. If we find that there will be extensive delays, we will contact you immediately with other options. In certain circumstances we may find that a product will not be available for months. At that time we will more than likely cancel your order and void your charge or credit the amount back to you if your charge has already been processed. In any case, we always contact you via email.
If an item is out-of-stock and the original order cannot be shipped complete, the out-of-stock item will be removed from the order and shipping charges adjusted accordingly. Item(s) dropped from the original order will not be automatically back-ordered and shipped at a later date. Customer will need to re-order the out-of-stock merchandise. Shipping charges apply to “re-orders”.
