  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Add all-purpose flour, Stevita, baking powder, and salt to a bowl; mix until combined.
  2. Beat in eggs, melted butter, vanilla extract, and maple extract. Fold in the shredded coconut, walnuts, and raisins if using, until well blended.
  3. Spread batter in greased 8” x 8” square baking pan. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden.
