Crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, margarine, and stevia in bottom of 9-inch spring form pan. Pat graham cracker mixture evenly on bottom and 1/2 inch up side of pan. Cheesecake: Beat cream cheese and stevia in large bowl until fluffy; beat in eggs, and cornstarch. Mix in sour cream, cocoa, and vanilla until well blended. Pour mixture onto crust. Place cheesecake in roasting pan on oven rack; add 1 inch of water to roasting pan. Bake cheesecake at 300°F for 45 to 50 minutes; just until set in the center. Turn oven off; remove cheesecake from roasting pan; return cheesecake to oven and let cheesecake cool 3 hours in oven with door slightly open. Refrigerate at least 8 hours.
