Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients
- GELATIN - 1 TEASPOON (1 PKG.)
- COLD WATER - 1 TABLESPOON
- BOILING WATER - 1 TABLESPOON
- STEVITA ORGANIC SPOONABLE STEVIA - 6 TEASPOONS
OR SIMPLY-STEVIA PURE STEVIA - 3/4 TSP.
OR STEVITA ORGANIC SPOONABLE STEVIA - 12 PACKETS - COCOA POWDER - 1/4 CUP
- HEAVY WHIPPING CREAM - 1 CUP
- VANILLA - 1 TEASPOON
Instructions
In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cold water; let stand 5 minutes to soften. Add boiling water, stirring until gelatin is completely dissolved and mixture is clear. Cool slightly. In medium bowl, stir together stevia and cocoa; add whipping cream and vanilla. Beat at medium speed, scraping bottom of bowl occasionally, until stiff peaks form. Pour in gelatin mixture and beat until well blended. Spoon into serving dishes. Chill about 1/2 hour.
Makes 4 servings.
