Ingredients
- MARGARINE - 4 TABLESPOONS, SOFTENED
- STEVITA ORGANIC SPOONABLE STEVIA - 8 TEASPOONS
OR SIMPLY-STEVIA PURE STEVIA - 1 TSP.
OR STEVITA ORGANIC SPOONABLE STEVIA - 16 PACKETS - EGG - 1
- SOUR CREAM - 1/4 CUP
- MAPLE FLAVORING - 2 TEASPOONS
- CAKE FLOUR - 2 3/4 CUPS
- BAKING POWDER - 4 TEASPOONS
- SALT - 1/2 TEASPOON
- MILK - 1 CUP SKIM
- GROUND CINNAMON - 1 1/2 TEASPOONS
Instructions
Beat butter and Stevita Organic Spoonable Stevia until fluffy in medium bowl. Beat in egg, sour cream, and maple flavoring. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Alternating with milk, beat flour mixture into butter mixture. Spread 1/3 of the batter into a greased and floured Bundt pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 of the cinnamon. Repeat layers, ending with cake batter. Bake cake in preheated 375°F oven for 25-30 minutes or till toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean. Cool cake in the pan for 5 minutes; remove from pan and cool on wire rack.
