In a medium bowl, beat margarine, cream cheese, and stevia with an electric mixer on high speed till creamy. Add 1 cup of the flour, egg, baking powder, and vanilla. Beat till well blended. Mix in remaining flour. Cover; chill 1 hour. Roll into circle on wax paper. Invert over pie pan; shape edge. Bake in a 375°F oven about 12 minutes or till golden. Cool before filling. Use for chiffon, pudding, or ice-cream pies.
Makes one 9-inch, single-crust pastry.
