- Preheat oven to 375°F. Cream together butter, cream cheese, Stevita, egg, and vanilla extract in a bowl until fluffy. Fold in all-purpose flour and baking powder until combined. Choose one of the following shaping methods.
- First method, shape dough into 1-inch balls and place 2 inches apart on a greased cookie sheet. Use the bottom of a drinking glass to press the balls flat.
- Second method, chill the dough, roll it out, and cut into desired shapes. Place on a greased cookie sheet.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
