THIS LIGHT AND FLAKY CRUST IS EASY TO MAKE.
In a mixing bowl, stir together flour and salt Pour oil and milk into a measuring cup; add all at once to flour mixture. Stir with a fork. Form into 2 balls. Place each ball of dough between 2 squares of wax paper. Roll each ball into a circle. Peel off top paper and fit dough, paper side up, into 9-inch pie plates. Remove paper.
Makes one 9-inch double-crust pastry or two 9-inch single-crust pastries.
