Orange Frozen Yogurt
Ingredients
- UNFLAVORED GELATIN - 1 ENVELOPE
- COLD WATER - 1/2 CUP
- CAN FROZEN ORANGE JUICE CONCENTRATE - 1 6-OUNCE , THAWED
- LOW-FAT YOGURT - 16-OUNCES PLAIN, UNSWEETENED
- STEVITA ORGANIC SPOONABLE STEVIA - 1/2 TABLESPOONS
OR SIMPLY-STEVIA PURE STEVIA - 1/2 TSP.
OR STEVITA ORGANIC SPOONABLE STEVIA - 27 PACKETS
Instructions
In a small, heavy saucepan, combine gelatin and water. Let stand 5 minutes. Stirring constantly, heat until gelatin dissolves. Remove from heat. In a large mixing bowl, combine thawed orange juice concentrate, yogurt, stevia, and vanilla. Mix in gelatin mixture. Pour into a 4-quart ice-cream freezer; freeze according to ice-cream maker manufacturer's directions.
Makes about 8 servings.
