Beat cream cheese and stevia in a large bowl until fluffy. Beat in eggs, pumpkin, and evaporated milk. Add cornstarch and spices. Beat well, and pour into crust. Bake at 350°F for 55 to 60 minutes until center is set. Topping; Combine sour cream, stevia blend, and vanilla in a bowl and mix well. Spread topping over surface of warm cheesecake and allow to cool on a wire rack. Chill for several hours or overnight. Makes 16 servings.
