  1. Place apples and cider in a heavy saucepan over medium heat. Cook until mixture starts to boil, stirring frequently.
  2. Lower heat and simmer, still stirring frequently. Simmer for 60 minutes or until apple slices disintegrate and mixture is thick, then remove from heat.
  3. Stir in Stevita and ground cinnamon, if using. Pour into jars and refrigerate up to 2 weeks.
