Vanilla Cream Cheese Frosting

This sweet and tangy frosting is an excellent choice to top your cakes, muffins, and cookies.
Makes 2 cups, enough to frost 1 cake.
- Beat softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl at medium speed until fluffy. Sprinkle Stevita over cream cheese and beat well, using a rubber spatula to scrape down the sides of the bowl.
- Add vanilla extract and beat until combined. Refrigerate unused frosting for up to 5 days.
