Opening a wholesale account
Stevita Naturals has been serving the needs of retailers and manufacturers since 1988. We are focused on old-fashioned customer service and want to be your partner in success. We have no order minimums, convenient sizes, fast order turnaround and even a free freight incentive for orders over $150.

Wholesale Website and Shopping
This website is designed to serve our business clients, but only after they log-in with an authorized user name and password. Once logged in, business clients have access to more products, sizes, in-store displays, wholesale prices and shipping rates.
WHOLESALE SHIPMENTS TO ALASKA, HAWAII AND PUERTO RICO
The website does not accommodate orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We apologize for the inconvenience and ask our valued customers in those areas to contact Customer Service directly with orders.
Wholesale Minimum Orders
WE HAVE NONE – Stevita Naturals encourages every order, large or small. Order often and as needed.
Shipping and Handling Charges
Shipping charges are based on the weight of the order and the destination address. Most orders ship via UPS (United Parcel Service) standard ground services, but larger orders may be shipped on a pallet using a common carrier. Remember, while there are no minimum orders, shipping rates for very small orders may seem high! (With FedEx, a 10-pound package is only slightly more expensive than a 1-pound package)
Customers may elect to pay for shipping using their own UPS or Fed Ex account numbers, but the website does not provide this type of billing option. If you intend to use your own Fed Ex account for your orders, please place your orders directly with a Stevita Naturals Customer Service Representative via phone, fax or email.
Stevita Naturals does not ship wholesale products via the U.S. Postal service and cannot ship to PO Boxes or to APO addresses.
Free Freight Incentive
Shipping is prepaid by Stevita Naturals for most wholesale orders totaling $150 or more shipped within the contiguous United States to a commercial address.
FedEx charges additional fees for residential address. The cost difference is usually $7-$11 and the residential fee is charged to any order shipped to a residential address.
Order Processing Time
We make every effort to ship orders quickly. Most orders will ship within two business days of receipt (Note, orders placed on weekends and holidays are worked on the following business day. Similarly, orders placed after noon CST on weekdays will be received by our production staff the following business day.)
Large orders can take longer to produce and ship, so order accordingly.
If an order will be delayed or can’t ship complete, we will make every effort to contact customers directly.
Expedited Shipping Options
A phone call is required to arrange for expedited/air shipping. Next-Day air requests must be phoned in prior to 10:00 am CST. All expedited shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
