To ensure you get the best deal, our store automatically evaluates your cart at checkout.

Best Value Guaranteed: If multiple automatic discounts are eligible, our system will automatically apply the single discount or coupon with the highest value to your order.
No Stacking: Discounts cannot be combined or stacked with other offers, promo codes, or sales events.
One-Time Purchases: Discount codes are valid on one-time purchases only and cannot be applied to recurring subscription orders.

Free Gift With Purchase Promos

Occasionally, we offer a free gift with qualifying orders. These promotions are subject to the following rules:

Eligibility: Valid for online purchases only, for the specified promotional item, and strictly limited to one per household.
Cart Minimums: If a promotion requires a minimum purchase amount, that total is calculated before sales tax and shipping fees are applied.
Availability: Valid on in-stock items only. No rain checks will be issued if the promotional item sells out.
Restrictions: Promotional gifts cannot be exchanged, returned for store credit, or redeemed for cash value. Offers are void if altered, copied, transferred, auctioned, or sold. Other restrictions may apply.

Digital Gift Cards: Terms & Conditions

The following terms govern the purchase and use of digital Stevita Naturals gift cards. By purchasing or using a gift card, you accept these terms.

Purchasing & Limits

Final Sale: All gift card purchases are strictly final sale. Gift cards cannot be returned, canceled, or refunded.
Applicability: These terms apply to USD digital gift cards purchased directly through StevitaNaturals.com.
Balance Limits: The maximum amount an individual gift card can hold is $200.00. This limit cannot be exceeded through balance transfers.
Non-Transferable: Gift card balances cannot be exchanged for cash, nor can they be used to purchase another gift card.

Redemption & Checkout

Online Only: Gift cards can only be redeemed online at StevitaNaturals.com. They cannot be used on third-party platforms or other websites.
Order Payments: Gift cards may be used to pay for the whole or any part of an online order, including shipping and taxes.
Single Use Per Order: Only one gift card may be applied per online transaction. If you have multiple gift cards and want to combine their balances onto a single card to make a larger purchase, please contact our Customer Service team prior to checking out.
Balance Inquiries: You can check your remaining balance at any time by clicking the "View my gift card" link provided in your original gift card email.

Validity & Expiration

5-Year Lifespan: Your gift card is valid for exactly 5 years from the date of activation (the date the gift card email is created and sent to you).
Expiration: Any remaining balance will be removed after the 5-year expiry date, rendering the card invalid. We are under no obligation to remind you of an upcoming expiration date; it is your sole responsibility to utilize the balance prior to expiry.
Exhaustion: A gift card automatically expires and is deactivated once its balance hits $0.00.

Returns & Refunds on Gift Card Purchases

If you return an eligible item that was purchased using a gift card, the Shopify payment gateway automatically processes refunds based on the original payment method:

Standard Returns: Any refund for goods paid for with a gift card will be credited directly back to the original gift card. Please retain your gift card email even after the balance is spent, in case you need to process a return.
Split-Payment Refunds: If you split your payment between a gift card and a credit/debit card, the refund will always be credited to the Stevita Naturals gift card first.
Excess Refunds: If the total refund amount exceeds what was originally paid via the gift card, the remaining excess balance will be refunded to your secondary payment method (e.g., your credit card).

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards

Please treat your digital gift card like cash. Stevita Naturals is not responsible for any balance lost as a result of loss, theft, or fraud. All gift cards are issued a unique, secure code via email. We cannot be held liable for unauthorized use if your gift card code becomes known to another party.

Store Credit Policy

The following disclosures apply to any store credit issued by Stevita Naturals:

General Disclosure: Refunds may be issued in the form of store credit at our discretion or upon your request. Standard store credit does not expire, is non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
Promotional Expiration: Store credit issued for promotional purposes or customer goodwill is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Unused balances after this period will be automatically forfeited.
Final Sale Disclosure: Items purchased using store credit are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or additional credit.

Privacy & Amendments

Data Protection: Personal data relating to your purchase or use of a gift card or store credit is handled securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Amendments: Stevita Naturals reserves the right to update these terms at any time to comply with applicable laws. We maintain the right to cancel a gift card or revoke store credit at our sole discretion in situations involving suspected fraud.
