1. Shipping Rates & Destinations

We provide flat-rate shipping options across the United States and to U.S. Military bases. Please note that we cannot accommodate international orders or shipments to U.S. Territories outside of Puerto Rico at this time.

  • Contiguous United States (48 States):

  • Orders under $49.00: $6.82 Flat Rate

  • Orders $49.00 and over: FREE SHIPPING

  • Armed Forces Addresses (AP, AO, AA):

  • All Orders: $6.82 Flat Rate

  • Non-Contiguous US (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico):

  • All Orders: $14.95 Flat Rate (Customers may be contacted before the order is shipped to approve additional shipping charges if necessary).

2. Order Processing & Handling Time

  • Daily Cut-Off Time: 12:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday.

  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends or official holidays are processed starting on the following business day.

  • Standard Handling Time: Most standard orders are processed and shipped within two business days of receipt.

  • Large Orders: Bulk or exceptionally large orders may require additional production time. If your order faces an unexpected delay or cannot be fulfilled in a single shipment, our customer service department will contact you directly.

3. Shipping Carriers & Transit

We fulfill shipments using the most efficient and cost-effective standard methods available. Your order will ship via one of the following major carriers:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

4. Expedited & Air Shipping Options

Our website checkout does not natively offer expedited delivery options like Next-Day Air, 2-Day Air, or Saturday delivery. There is no guarantee that rush shipping will be available. If you require rushed shipping, you must follow these guidelines:

  • You are required to call customer service directly to manually arrange expedited transport.

  • Next-Day Air requests must be phoned in before 10:00 AM CST for timely handling.

  • All extra expedited carrier fees are the sole financial responsibility of the purchaser.
