At Stevita Naturals, we're confident you'll love our products. But if for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it for a full refund or a Stevita Gift Card.
Here's how it works:
- Contact us: Reach out to our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your product at Green@StevitaNaturals.com or through our contact page: https://stevitanaturals.com/pages/contact to obtain a return authorization (RA) number.
- Gather your information: Please have the following information ready:
- Proof of purchase: A screenshot or photo of your receipt.
- Product name: The exact name of the Stevita Naturals product you are returning.
- Batch number: This can be found on the product packaging.
- Best by date: This can also be found on the product packaging.
- Receive your RA number: Once you've provided the necessary information, our customer service team will issue you an RA number.
- Pack it up: Clearly write your RA number on the outside of the package. Carefully repackage the product in its original packaging, if possible.
- Ship it back: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective. We'll provide you with the return shipping address when you contact us.
- Get your refund: Once we receive the returned product, we'll issue a full refund via check or provide a Stevita Gift Card for the purchase amount, less any applicable shipping costs or restocking fees.
Important Notes:
- Return Authorization: All returns must have a valid RA number to be processed.
- Time Frame: Contact Stevita within 30 days of receiving your product.
- Product Condition: Products must be returned in their original condition with at least 80% of the product remaining. This allows us to ensure the product was genuinely unsatisfactory and not significantly used.
- Misuse: We reserve the right to refuse a refund or charge a restocking fee if the returned item shows signs of misuse, tampering, or damage caused by the customer.
- Defective Items: If an item is damaged, defective, or missing parts, it may be eligible for a free replacement instead of a refund. Please contact us to discuss the options.
- Authorized Sellers Only: Products purchased from unauthorized resellers are not covered.
