REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Stevita Naturals. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to make it right.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your shipment was received, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

1. Return Eligibility & Product Condition

We want you to be completely happy with your experience. Because we stand behind the quality and taste of our products:

  • We gladly accept returns on both unopened and opened products.

  • If you tried a product and were unsatisfied with it, you are still fully eligible for a return within the 30-day window.

  • All returns must be accompanied by a receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.

2. How to Initiate a Return

All returns require prior authorization so our team can track your package.

  • Email us at Green@StevitaNaturals.com or call us at 214-556-5933 with your order number to request a return.

  • Once approved, please ship your package back to our authorized returns facility:

3. Return Shipping Fees & Restocking

  • Customer Remorse (Changed your mind, ordered the wrong item by mistake): You, the buyer, will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Defective, Damaged, or Company Error: Stevita Naturals will provide via email a Carrier Paid Return Label at no cost to you.

  • Restocking Fees: We charge $0.00 restocking fees for all returns.

4. Refunds & Processing Time

Once your return is received by our Returns Department, we will process your refund immediately. Your refund will be applied automatically to your original method of payment. This process typically takes up to 7 business days for Stevita Naturals to issue. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time to post the transaction to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was authorized and you have not received your refund, please contact us at Green@StevitaNaturals.com.

5. Special Conditions & Order Issues

Expiration Dates

We maintain a strict quality standard ensuring all grocery items leave our facility with a minimum remaining shelf life of 60 days. (Occasionally, we will discount and sell items that have less than 60 days left from the best if used by date. These sale items will be clearly marked as “short dated”.) If you receive an item that is past its expiration date, please submit an image of the date code to Green@StevitaNaturals.com. Please wait for instructions from our team before discarding or returning the item. Expired items qualify for a full refund or free replacement.

Product Packaging Variations

There may be instances where the product formula is correct, but the retail packaging design varies from the website image. In these instances, we reserve the right to offer a discount on the product prior to authorizing a return. If you still wish to return the correct product due to packaging style variations, standard return shipping rules apply (paid by the buyer).

Quantity Discrepancies

If your order arrives with missing items, please report it immediately. A partial refund will be issued for the specific number of items not received. Missing item circumstances are not eligible for a full order return.

Wrong Items Received

If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us with your order number and details/photos of the item received. We will either authorize you to keep/discard the item or issue a Carrier Paid Return Label to send it back at our expense for a full refund or replacement.

Goods Damaged in Transit

If your items arrive damaged, please do not discard the product or shipping materials. Email Green@StevitaNaturals.com immediately with images of both the damaged shipping carton and the product. We will gladly ship a replacement or issue a full refund. You may also refuse delivery on the spot if physical damage is clearly visible upon arrival.

Shipments Returned to Sender

Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order, as we cannot make changes once an order is processed. If a shipment is returned to Stevita Naturals by the carrier due to an invalid address, a moved customer, or an unknown recipient, we will issue a credit for the order less the actual shipping charges incurred.
